|SAAM includes one application that includes a management program for each of the instruments - ASUS-R, ASUDS-R and ASAP II.
The management program is very similar for all three instruments. The client completes the respective instrument on hard-copy format.
Then, either the evaluator or clerical staff selects the relevant instrument in the program and enters data from the client's completed
instrument into the SAAM program using a user-friendly quick entry screen. Once that is done, the evaluator then selects desired normative
group for the instrument, examines the profile and report resulting from the software algorithms including the instrument based recommended
placement guideline, and the makes a placement recommendation based on all sources of data including the results from the instrument.
The profile, critical items, assessment summary, placement guideline, and evaluator's selected placement recommendation may be printed
and the pdf file stored in the client's electronic record. a pdf file of the completed copy of the instrument with the client's responses
can be printed and electronically stored. User-friendly instructions are provided for navigating through the program for each respective
