The Progress and Changes Evaluation (PACE) program is a comprehensive set of instruments and protocol for evaluating
clients at intake into treatment services and provides instruments to measure the progress and change during treatment and also
instruments that measure post-treatment outcome. These instruments and protocols are published in the book Provider's Handbook for
Assessing Criminal Conduct and Substance Abuse Clients: Progress and Change Evaluation (PACE) Monitor, K. W. Wanberg & H. B. Milkman,
and can be ordered from Sage Publishing. It is designed to be used with the program Criminal Conduct and Substance Abuse Treatment:
Strategies for Self-Improvement and Change (SSC), Sage Publications. When used with clients enrolled in the SSC program, the instruments
may be used without cost. However, there is an annual contract cost for each instrument when used with clients not enrolled in the SSC program. |
