There SAM data, including the client and assessment information, is
available for export through the SAM program. You are able to export
all of the information for clients with an assessment administered
within the date range you specify. The result data is formatted into
a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can open the spreadsheet using
Excel and arrange, format, sort, etc. the data as necessary. The
Excel data can also be exported into a flat text file or comma
delimited file for use in importing data into your MIS system.
There are many reports available in the standard SAM program. We are able
to create custom reports if you need reports other than the standard SAM reports.
The standard reports include the Client Listing, the Assessment Lists, and the
Assessment Scoring Summary with Averaging.
The following section displays some sample snapshots from the SAM
Summary Reports. Note that these images are scanned documents and that the quality of the display
is slightly altered by the scanning process and may not appear as crisp and detailed as the actual document.
