The Survey and Assessment Manager (SAM) program is used to administer the Adult Substance Usage Survey - Revised
ASUS-R and the Adult Driving and Substance Usage Survey - Revised. It contains
the client maintenance module for maintaining your client information, the assessment module for administering the ASUS-R, ASUDS-R, and SUS-R assessments,
and the administration module for program configuration, user maintenance, report generation, and survey assignment.
The SAM program contains all the business rules and data checks necessary to insure valid data entry. Six month answers are
checked against lifetime answers. Assessments are checked for completeness as well, verifying all questions are answered. The program
scores completed assessments and generates a thorough summary showing treatment recommendations and key assessment components.
This allows the program users to quickly evaluate the client's assessment and generate a thorough treatment recommendation.
