The ASAP II Management System (AMS) program is used to administer the
Adolescent Self Assessment Profile II. It contains
the client maintenance module for maintaining your client information, the assessment module for administering the
ASAP II assessments,
and the administration module for program configuration, user maintenance,
and report generation.
The AMS program contains all the business rules and data checks necessary to insure valid data entry. Six month answers are
checked against lifetime answers. Assessments are checked for completeness as well, verifying all questions are answered. The program
scores completed assessments and generates a thorough summary showing treatment recommendations and key assessment components.
This allows the program users to quickly evaluate the client's assessment and generate a thorough treatment recommendation.
Assessment Form Scanning Available in
AMS!
A scanning option is available for the AMS program. This allows you to have your clients answer the assessments on preprinted forms. The
completed assessments are scanned and imported into the AMS program where they are automatically scored and evaluated. Then your clinician
can view the information and make their recommendations. This greatly reduces the amount of time your staff spends doing the data entry
